Congratulations to all of our squadron members who staffed, instructed and attended the 2022 Louisiana Wing Training Academy. Our squadron was well represented with twenty members present! We are already looking forward to the next Academy in the spring!
Louisiana Air National Guard Career Day 2022
Our cadets were asked to do a rocket demonstration for Chesbrough Elementary 3rd grade classes. The 3rd graders just learned about the forces of motion and our cadets were able to show and explain how rockets use different forces of motion to fly to outer space. This was a very rewarding experience for our cadets and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
Our Cadet Competition team won the Louisiana Wing Cadet Competition!
We will be representing the great state of Louisiana and the Southwest Region including Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico and Arizona. Only two teams represent the region and we are one of them!
